Apartment in der Wiener Tigergasse mit Kastenfenstern, über 3m hohen Räumen und großen Doppeltüren, wie es eben im Fin de Siecle (Baujahr 1902) üblich war.
Sie wohnen auf knapp 43qm, voll möbliert, als Erstbezieher nach einer Renovierung. Das Cafè Hummel ist einen Steinwurf entfernt, vier weitere Kaffeehäuser warten in einer Gehminute ebenfalls auf Sie. Supermarkt (Spar) und Drogeriemarkt (Dm und Bipa) sind ebenfalls ums Eck. Auf der Josefstädter Straße finden Sie alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und praktisch alle Küchen präsent.

    The flat is exactly like in the pictures, furnished and
    renovated. The utilities (cold/hot water, electricity,
    wireless broadband Internet, digital TV , dishwasher,
    microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are included
    in the price of rent ,you will have one parking spot , the
    rent is 526Euro/month . The security deposit is 1578Euro,
    and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment
    (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice). As for
    me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave
    the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i
    am too old to move to Wien, so we won't disturb you.

    You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if
    you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access
    to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can
    store my furniture.

    Now, a little bit about myself so we can get to know each
    other better. My name is Helena Negre Krause and I'm a
    54 years old , Manager of Pegaso from Spain, planning to
    retire in the next 2 years.

    I have a lovely husband, Tonny and a 25 year old daughter,
    Isabelle. I am very proud to say that soon I'm going to
    be a grandmother :). Another member of our family is a 8
    year old Labrador which we all love, so, I have no problem
    if you will keep pets.

    The only inconvenience is that my job doesn't allow me
    to leave Spain even for one single day. We just hired some
    new staff and I'm in charge of their training.

    But this won't affect you at all. I can make
    arrangements to rent the apartment from Spain (on my expense
    of course).

    and if you agree with that , you just need to Confirm
    Booking .

    3) After your order is registered , you must make the
    payment to the details indicated by Airbnb and send the
    payment confirmation via email to them .



    4) Airbnb will verify the payment and Book the apt for you
    and you will be the only who can rent the apt .



    5) Airbnb agent will call you in 2-3 days for meeting.

    6) If you refuse to rent the apt , Airbnb will give you a
    full refund .
